As a certified Insight Discovery and Genos Emotional Intelligence practitioner and high-performance commercial coach, I specialise in people development, coaching and mentoring, emotional intelligence, leadership, team development, selling and negotiation training, strategic planning, transformational leadership, and enhancing organisational learning and development capabilities.

I have served on several commercial boards, including IBEC Dublin, the Mid-East Regional Executive Committee, and the Education and Training Boards for Wicklow and Kildare in Ireland. I have also received a People of the Year award for contributing to local community development in Greystones.
